1. What GiveFolio is
GiveFolio helps users explore charities and plan giving allocations. Donation processing through GiveFolio is not currently available. We are not a Donor-Advised Fund, investment advisor, financial institution, or charitable organization ourselves.
2. Donation availability
GiveFolio does not currently collect or route donations. For questions about the service, use our feedback form.
3. Tax deductibility
GiveFolio does not currently process donations or issue donation receipts. GiveFolio does not provide tax advice. For donations made directly to a charity, consult the receiving organization and a tax professional regarding your specific situation.
4. No guarantees on charity performance
GiveFolio curates funds based on third-party research. We do not guarantee the performance, continued operation, or impact of any featured charity. Charity selections may change based on updated research.
5. Recurring donations
Recurring donation processing is not currently available. Previewing a monthly allocation does not create a subscription or authorize a charge.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. GiveFolio is not liable for unauthorized access to your account. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
7. Limitation of liability
GiveFolio is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime or the continued availability of any specific fund or charity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiveFolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
